At 360 Body Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a

7-day return policy on unused and unopened products.

 

Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a complete set.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@360bodylab.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

  4. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards.
